Our vision is to achieve business equality for African American and minority businesses across all sectors of the society for businesses operating in the United States of America.

Mission:
Our Mission is to foster equality between all businesses in the United States of America by leveling the playing field through advocacy at the Federal and State level and helping to secure financing for small minority businesses. We aim to ensure that equal opportunity is not just a slogan but is enforced through advocacy and private monitoring of enforcement and compliance to existing applicable laws.

President:
Dr. Victor O. Jonathan is the president of the Organization for Business Equality. He is a successful business man with over 30 years of business management experience. He received his BS degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, MBA degree in Production/Operations Management and Information Systems from Governors State University at University Park, Illinois and Doctor of Practical Theology degree from Masters Graduate School of Divinity in Evansville, Indiana. He also a Certified International Project Manager(CIPM), Master Project Manager(MPM) and Fellow of the American Academy of Project Management (FAAPM) from the American Academy of Project Management.

Dr. Victor Jonathan was the Architect of Bring Our Jobs Back Rally which he led in Chicago in front of the State of Illinois building in downtown Chicago in June of 2010. He is the author of the book “Unequal Opportunity by Victor Jonathan” available on Amazon.com, BarnesAndNoble.com and Xlibris.com which suggests practical solutions to business and employment inequalities in the United States.
