Our Mission is to foster equality between the majority and African American and other minority businesses in the United States of America by leveling the playing field through advocacy at the Federal and State level and helping to secure financing for small African American minority businesses. We aim to ensure that equal employment opportunity is not just a slogan but is enforced through private monitoring of enforcement and compliance to applicable laws.

As the President and CEO of Organization for Business Equality. I am honored and privileged to lead an organization whose primary purpose is to serve African American, minority businesses and those in need. At the Organization for Business Equality, we are touching lives and restoring hope one person at a time.
If there is one important thing that we should remember about our constitution, it is that all men are created equal with certain inalienable rights to freedom and pursuit of happiness. That is why the Organization for Business Equality was founded on a mission to give African American and minority businesses equal access to the American dream.
